More Toluca Subway

A recent article in the Downtown News sums up the latest details of plans to develop the area of the Toluca Subway Yard:

CA Performance Review

The California Performance Review's report on reforming and revitalizing state government was recently released to the public. The entire report is available for review on the web and is searchable. I encourage everyone to spend some time reading the report and to submit feedback, as the recommendations in this report will effect all levels of state government. In particular, there a number of recommendations that would have a direct affect on California's statewide historic preservation and heritage programs.
