Building Global Leadership Capacity

Greetings and Happy Western New Year!

We sincerely hope that you had a wonderful vacation, and some real down time to rest and regroup. The New Year presents such a wonderful opportunity for refocusing on being different and doing things differently. It also presents an opportunity to try again to accomplish something that we didn’t accomplish last year.

Thanks to all of you who took me up on the free coaching sessions. It was great to work with you.

The six free 20-minute coaching session were grabbed up in less than 12 hours. We had more requests than I could handle, so some great GCN coaches stepped in. My sessions were with a fascinating group of people worldwide. Several of the six wanted help transitioning to a new, more rewarding work. Everyone reported they received great value from the session, and we had a great time doing them.

So I am offering six more free 30-minute sessions this month. Don't hesitate to ASK. If my time is already filled, I guarantee you a good session with another coach. What do you have to lose? Contact me at Barrie@globalcoaches.com or call +1.301.274.3898. If you want a coach in your part of the world, I can refer you. It is always amazing to see how such a short period of time can help someone shift to a whole new perspective, or to new levels of energy, or to move forward to achieve a dream.

Businesswise, this New Year I am excited by the new possibilities we have innovated to create more value for our clients at a better price:

  • We will continue to provide world class global leadership coaching at an affordable price.
  • We will have a new website, and a new newsletter which will offer more targeted information and assistance for you to grow as a "global leader".
  • We will introduce you to a new global leadership assessment that will assess "global" leadership competencies as opposed to US ethnocentric leadership competencies, or personality profiles posing as global leadership assessments.
  • We are developing new training modules that accompany this assessment; so an organization can use the assessment, find the strengths of their leaders as individuals and as a group, choose training that helps the group to build on their strengths and get better in competencies that matter to the achievement of their global work, and supports their global business relationships.
  • We will continue to develop tools and training to help you teach "global coaching" as a leadership competency for developing leaders worldwide.
  • We will continue to upgrade our "global coach competencies" so we can maintain our status as the most highly qualified and trained global leadership coaches worldwide.
  • We will continue to partner with you to design and deliver internal “global leadership coaching programs” which continue to grow global leaders long after we have gone.

We will use all the resources we have this year to help you to become a truly global leader, who has a global mindset and thinks beyond easy ethnocentrism to solve the complex issues facing global organizations today.

Warmest regards,

Barrie
